The Kirkpatrick® Bronze Certification Program is your gateway to mastering your understanding of The Kirkpatrick Model, the world’s leading evaluation methodology as updated in 2023. Limited to a small group of participants, this program ensures you receive personalized attention and hands-on experience, enabling you to apply the methodology to real programs and maximize business impact.
The Bronze program is your opportunity to develop your understanding of each of the levels, and build an evaluation plan for your program or initiative. This course is the baseline course to launch you on your Kirkpatrick certification journey.
You wouldn’t build a house without knowing your desired end result and having a blueprint, right? You also should not imagine you will be able to achieve Level 4 Results without knowing the end goal, and designing the right strategy and tactics to help you get there. Think of this course as supporting you in becoming an Evaluation Architect, where you will develop the plan to tie your initiative to organizational impact through use of our signature Blended Evaluation Plan®.
The Kirkpatrick certification is a unique advantage over many other job seekers out there. Show potential employers and customers you can show the value of your work, and the work you will do with them. This gives you the potential to stand out from the sea of applicants, while also getting the backing of a trusted name in the business, the Kirkpatricks.

Learn more about the Kirkpatrick Model
This program includes four live-online sessions. A 10-minute break will be given each hour during the sessions.
To become certified, you must log in and actively participate in at least one of the sessions. We will provide recordings of the sessions. If you missed a session, watch the recording prior to the next session.

Session 5: 11 April 2025
Each session will be 3 hours and start time will be CET 9:00am, SGT/MYT/HKT 3:00pm, IST 12:30pm, SYD 5:00pm
There will be a calendar invite sent out post registration with your local timing in it.
Pay During Registration
Use your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance for payment. These transactions are processed through PayPal or Stripe.
Register Now; Pay Offline
To request an invoice, after selecting the ticket type and clicking “Checkout,” choose “Pay by invoice” under the Payment method.
Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Access to the event and all related program materials will be granted only after full payment is received.
The invoice can be paid using your credit card or electronic funds transfer.
Exception for Organizational Policies
If your organization has a policy that mandates payment can only be issued after the event, official documentation of this policy must be provided at the time of registration. Payment under these circumstances is required within one week following the event. If payment is not received within this timeframe, any certification credentials earned will not be issued. Additionally, any previously earned credentials will be temporarily revoked until payment is received.

If you register for this program and for any reason are unable to attend, please contact us immediately.
2 weeks or more prior to program
Refund: Payment refund less $150 processing fee
Transfer: Attend a future program for a $100 processing fee
Substitute: Send another attendee to the same program at no additional charge
Less than 2 weeks prior to program
Refund: No refunds
Transfer: Attend a future program for a $300 processing fee
Substitute: Send another attendee to the same program at no additional charge
If you transfer a second time, another $150 – $300 processing fee will apply based on the time of transfer. If you still find yourself unable to attend after having transferred twice, you may send another attendee in your place, or forfeit your registration and any related payments.
Registrations are valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.
Kirkpatrick-Initiated Program Cancellations
Kirkpatrick Partners reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment until two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, or at any time due to reasons of severe weather, natural disaster, or other emergency.
If your program is cancelled, you may transfer to another program at no additional charge or receive a full refund, less any fees from prior transfers if not yet paid in full.
