Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program – Bronze Level
The Kirkpatrick bronze level certification program is the ideal place to learn about The Kirkpatrick Model, which is the foremost evaluation methodology in the world. In this program, you will learn directly from the Kirkpatricks the true and correct methodology and apply it to an actual program to maximize business results. This course is limited to 30 or fewer participants to ensure you receive personalized attention and the opportunity to participate.
During this program, you will learn the four levels, receive a participant manual filled with examples and templates that you may borrow and adapt to build your own Blended Evaluation Plan® tools, and gain a complete understanding of what each level measures. You will also explore the reasons why evaluation is critical to training success and hear case studies and success stories from companies that have used the model effectively. You will learn tactics to help you to allocate training resources effectively.
A focus of this program is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the job behaviors. You will learn why training alone is not enough and receive guidance to ensure that what you teach actually gets used on the job.
Near the end of the program you will join a group to complete the final assignment of creating a Kirkpatrick Blended Evaluation Plan®. Each group will schedule their own meetings after the final session to complete and submit the plan. With favorable comments and a passing grade you will earn the credential of Kirkpatrick Certified Professional – Bronze Level.

Is this a true certification?
Yes. You must complete a Kirkpatrick® Blended Evaluation Plan® and receive a passing grade to earn the certification credential.
How will my certification be recognized?
Upon earning a passing grade on the final assignment, you will be issued a digital certificate and badge that can be used to advertise your credentials in your email signature, social media, and elsewhere on the internet. Learn more
Can I obtain the Kirkpatrick Certified status without taking the program or test out of these programs and receive certification based on my past education and/or experience?
Like any degree or credential, completing the program is a requirement to earn the right to call yourself Kirkpatrick Certified.
If I want to become Kirkpatrick Certified, do I need to complete the bronze, strategic evaluation planning, silver, and gold levels?
No. You can obtain just bronze level certification; thousands of professionals have done this worldwide and successfully applied their knowledge. You may enhance your credentials with strategic evaluation planning, silver, and gold level certification at any point in the future.
Can I take strategic evaluation planning and/or silver certification immediately following bronze?
Yes. You may attend programs consecutively if you have a good training evaluation background. You will also need to accept that some of the activities in the silver level program are focused on a bronze plan that you will just have started to create.
Does attending these programs certify me to teach the Kirkpatrick methodology?
No. These programs certify you to use the licensed Kirkpatrick templates and materials within your own organization. A train-the-trainer program is available for large organizations with 100+ people to train internally.
How do I register now and pay later, or how do I obtain an invoice?
During the registration process, click the “pay with invoice” option at the bottom of the second page. You will have 20 days from the invoice date to pay, or until 5 business days before the start of the program, whichever comes first. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfer.
How do we get the group discount price if we register separately?
It is no problem for a group of three or more people from the same organization to register separately and receive the group discount. Contact us for a promotional code to use at registration.
What if I register and need to reschedule or cancel?

Can I get certified without providing my contact information?
No. Kirkpatrick certification is worldwide recognized credential, and we must be able to verify who holds it. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us.
