Program Description

The Kirkpatrick Model represents more than just training evaluation. It forms the framework for the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, a holistic process that creates, delivers and demonstrates training value.

In this program, you will learn how to build business partnerships and create collaborative plans to maximize business impact through all phases of the training and performance process. You will study worldwide best practices and share your own experiences in an interactive, conversational environment. You will use your own programs for application activities, so actual work gets completed during the session.

Particular attention is given to business acumen and speaking the language of the business when making your case for training resources and support. You will receive a workbook containing templates, samples and tools that will enable you to apply what you learned to all future programs within your company.

The Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Certificate Program was the predecessor to this program. It covered similar yet less comprehensive content. If you participated in that program, please call before registering for this one.

Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick

Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick is co-owner of Kirkpatrick Partners. He is a visionary and an expert in training evaluation and the creator of the New World Kirkpatrick Model.

Using his 15 years of experience in the corporate world, including eight years as a training manager, Jim trains and consults for corporate, government, military and humanitarian organizations around the world. He is passionate about assisting learning professionals in redefining themselves as strategic business partners to become a viable force in the workplace.

Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick is the President and Founder of Kirkpatrick Partners. As a global driving force of the use and implementation of the Kirkpatrick Model, Wendy leads companies to measurable success through training and evaluation.

Wendy’s results orientation stems from over two decades of business experience in retailing, marketing and training. She has held positions as a buyer, product manager, process manager and training manager, which leveraged her ability to organize multifaceted projects and yield rapid results.

Gerald Jones is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator with over five years of training development and facilitation experience.

Gerald has successfully implemented the Kirkpatrick training evaluation methodology for three different Air Force units by forging partnerships between operations, training and evaluation components to successfully infuse key drivers for mission accomplishment into the planning, design and execution of training programs.

Your program manual will be provided as a downloadable PDF prior to the first session. Please plan to print it out for easy reference throughout the program. It was designed to be printed in full color and double-sided.

Pay During Registration: Use your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. These transactions are processed through PayPal.

You can pay the invoice with your credit card, check, or electronic funds transfer.

Payment will be due 20 days from the invoice date, or 5 business days before the start of the program, whichever comes first.

Upon registration, the cancellation policy is in effect whether you have paid or not.
