Kirkpatrick's Solutions to Today's Training Crisis

Program Description

The training landscape is changing as our world and our workplace become increasingly fast and digital. Formal training programs that take months to develop are not practical. Travel budgets are being cut, and world health concerns are driving demand for digital solutions.

Join a conversation exploring the modern role of learning and development with Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick and Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick. They will provide statistics that define the changing landscape of workplace learning, and offer their best three strategies for remaining viable and valuable to your organization or your clients.

This program is interactive, with multiple opportunities to participate via typing in the chat or unmuting to ask questions. Each participant must be registered and should be seated at their own computer to be able to interact during the program.

Kirkpatrick Partners is a provider of training evaluation and business partnership training, products, consulting, and impact studies. Our work is based on the Kirkpatrick Model that Donald L. Kirkpatrick is credited with creating in 1954 as part of his PhD dissertation on the evaluation of the effectiveness of training for supervisors. It is expanded by the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model and Kirkpatrick Foundational Principles.

Instead of training ROI, we focus on training Return on Expectations (ROE). This is a more holistic measurement of all of the benefits realized from a program or initiative, qualitative and quantitative. We offer courses and workshops on training evaluation and business partnership that equip training professionals to create, demonstrate, and measure the business results and value their training yields or supports.

James (Jim) Kirkpatrick and Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick are pleased to be united as Kirkpatrick Partners. Whether you want to earn your Kirkpatrick certification or simply create more value in your organization, we are here to help. Our programs are valuable whether you are a corporate employee, member of government, or an independent consultant.

The Kirkpatricks are the authors of seven books including Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation.
