"I remember clearly leaving a training programme a few years ago thinking how much I had enjoyed the training and looked forward to using the learning on the job.

But a while later I remember being so disappointed as I reflected back on how little I had managed to use in my daily work. Lack of opportunity, conflict with my manager’s own views and my own workload had all contributed to me not applying what I had learnt.

A large class from the National Guard in Arkansas works to "ACE" their Kirkpatrick certifications. They attended bronze and silver programs consecutively, as part of an Accelerated Certification Event (ACE).

Jim Kirkpatrick taught the silver-level program. Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator Gerald Jones led the bronze class.

Kirkpatrick Partners announces its 2019 public, U.S.-based program schedule.

Registration is now open for 2019 Kirkpatrick certification program dates. Fall and Winter 2019 dates have also been added for public, domestic programs. International program dates will continue to be added throughout the year.
