Last week, I somewhat cavalierly declared everyone afraid of Level 4. To my pleasant surprise, I had a variety of respondents who commiserated with me, but stated that they are not afraid, and they are taking actions to get to Level 4.

Moooo-ving Toward Bronze: This New Zealand group worked toward their Kirkpatrick bronze certification during a recent program. The painted cow is an homage to the rural sector the organization serves.

Kirkpatrick affiliate GMD hosted, and Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator Mark Harris led the program.

Why is Everyone Afraid of Level 4?

Twice in the last week, Jim Kirkpatrick and I were in conversations with clients who did not want to have any accountability for the true Level 4 Result of their organization. Their reasons included things like:

  • "There are so many variables out of my control."
  • "Gathering that data would be impossible."
  • "Our program is not powerful enough to contribute to the mission of our organization." 

One of them played my favorite card, “Our organization is different.”

While every organization is somewhat different, they are all remarkably the same.

The famed City of Light, beautiful Paris, France, was the host location for this recent Kirkpatrick bronze certification program. Kirkpatrick affiliate Formaeva held the program and Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator Jonathan Pottiez led the French-language class.

This group in Wroclaw, Poland, kicked off 2018 with a Kirkpatrick bronze certification program. Kirkpatrick affiliate Focus on Results (FOR) hosted the Polish-language program. Kirkpatrick certified facilitators Katarzyna Gorhover and Ewa Żukrowska led the bronze program.
