Joyce Donohoe has worked in the airline industry for over 22 years, primarily working with Aer Lingus in Ireland. During this time, she has gained experience in various areas of the airline business holding positions such as Manager of Employee Development, Manager of Cabin Crew Training and Deputy Head of Cabin Operations.

Joyce joined Emirates in 2011. She recently left Emirates to return to her home country in Ireland in September 2017. During her tenure in Emirates she held various roles and in her last position as Senior Manager Group Learning and Development, Joyce successfully led the L&D restructuring transformation process. Joyce joined Bank of Ireland in September 2017 as Learning and Development Project Manager and is currently working with the learning team to review the learning strategy at the Bank.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business IR/HR (first class honors) from University College Dublin. As a Training and Development professional, her portfolio also includes a wide range of training programs, 360 degree feedback and coaching and MBTI feedback and coaching. She is the lead advocate for the Kirkpatrick Four Level Model at Emirates.
