Who Should Apply?
We are seeking learning and performance professionals with:
Bronze Level Certification (minimum)
At least 2 years of experience implementing the Kirkpatrick Model in the workplace
At least 3 years of instructional design experience
A strong commitment to aligning learning deliverables with organizational goals
Government and Military background/experience a plus
Your Background
As a Kirkpatrick® Certified Specialist – you will have:
Bronze Level Certification (minimum)*
At least 2 years of experience implementing the Kirkpatrick Model in the workplace
At least 3 years of instructional design experience
A strong commitment to aligning learning deliverables with organizational goals
Government and Military background/experience a plus
Engage
Work with our partners and their personnel to develop learning programs and strategies using best practice in instrcutional design
Engineer
Develop a range of materials needed to execute the program/strategy including (but not limited to): program goals aligned to the business, learning objectives, metrics of success, instructor-led training, elearning modules, videos, etc.
Evaluate
Utilize the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® framework to measure the imapct and success of the program or initiative
