This program covers not only how to measure the value of training programs, but why and to what degree, especially with limited time and resources. There is special focus on the importance of what happens before and after training in creating a successful implementation plan.

This program is limited to 30 attendees to ensure personalized attention and feedback. Participants will submit a work sample for grading and critique to obtain their certification. 

This one-day program is an introductory to intermediate level program designed for those who have little or no experience evaluating training programs using the Kirkpatrick Four Levels^TM, through those with some experience who wish to hone their skills.

This program focuses on the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model^TM. It prepares participants to design and develop programs that deliver stakeholder value, and then effectively measure and demonstrate that value throughout the life cycle of the program.
